We are delighted to announce the 1st Symposium on Lipids and Cell Plasticity: Implications for Tissue Regeneration, Cancer and Immunology, to be held in the Department of Medical Sciences at the University of Aveiro in Portugal.

Free Registration

With great pleasure that we welcome you to this 1-day event at the beautiful city of Aveiro, where scientists and clinicians working in lipids come together to report, share, and discuss scientific and clinical questions.

The program includes lectures by distinguished invited speakers and short oral presentations selected from the submitted abstracts. In addition, a poster session will enrich scientific discussions and networking.

The symposium is planned to occur face-to-face.

We are looking forward to your active participation in this exciting meeting!

About

This Symposium aims to bring together a network of young and experienced researchers from academia and industries, with interests in lipid function and signaling mechanisms underlying cell plasticity and which harbor potential for clinical application.

Research topics:

Lipids as mediators and biomarkers in Immunology

Lipid signaling in tissue Regeneration and Aging

Lipid metabolism and signaling in cancer

Lipid Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets, perspectives from Patients, Clinicians, and Researchers

The Symposium will be held on June 7, 2024 in the Department of Medical Sciences, at the University of Aveiro.
