1. Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 350 words, excluding titles, authors, and affiliations.
2. The abstract must be written in Arial, font 11, single space, and justified.
3. The title must be in bold.
4. The authors’ names should be presented as Jane B. Jones. The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
5. Author affiliations must be footnoted using numbers.
6. Acknowledgements can be included at the end.
7. The entire abstract must fit one single A4 page.

8. At the top of the document indicate if you would like to be considered for the flash oral presentation (e.x. Flash talk: Yes/No)

The call for abstracts will be open until May 2, 2024.

Notification of acceptance until May 15.

Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts.
